This has been updated on 3/11/2010 to include some new material related to the lecture I gave on ethics. In particular, there's the paper about the Bristol Cancer Help Centre study by Bagenal et al, the World Medical Association's Declaration of Helsinki, a commentary on this by Rid and Schmidt. The use of Nazi data by Cohen, and Joseph and Breggin's commentaries on eugenic tendencies in psychiatry have also been added.
